Ah Come on Tom

For some time local owners of the horse “Ah come on Tom” have suffered as their horse failed to land race honours. However, at Navan n Sunday week last, “Ah come on Tom” surprised the lot and romped home at the goodly odds of 12 to 1. The horse is trained in the area by well known trainer Edward O Grady. 

 “All goods things come to him who waits” goes the old saying. This indeed true of “Ah come on Tom”. Keen to trumpet the virtue of the horse is local racing correspondent John Willie Smyth
