This was a much talked about game in our club this year amid fears we may not field a team. Well at last Saturday showed we did and great credit is due to Kye Vaughan and Sean O Meara for putting a team on the field.

Our team with a mix of the more experienced minors and some very young players displayed great courage and commitment. Our two current county minor panellists weren’t found wanting and led by example. Mullinahone put in a great finish to record an excellent win on a final score of Mullinahone 3-8, Swans 2-7.
