It will be of interest to readers of these notes that many Mullinahone people have over the years been interred in St Mary’s graveyard, Drangan. A group of people have been very busy over the two summers cleaning, restoring, re-erecting headstones and recording all people buried in this old graveyard.

This group intend to publish a booklet in the near future with map index of all graves and other articles relating to this 12^th century graveyard. The cost of producing this booklet together with ongoing restoration work will cost in excess of €2,000.
