FORMER Tipperary hurler Paul Kelly is switching from his native Mullinahone to Kilkenny city outfit O'Loughlin Gaels.
Paul, who won an All-Ireland medal with Tipp in 2001, has signed the necessary documentation, which is currently being processed by the respective clubs.
The transfer is for club purposes only and does not entitle him to play inter-county hurling for Kilkenny.
Kelly, 28, who won a county senior hurling medal with Mullinahone in 2002, has decided to throw in his lot with O'Loughlin Gaels as he is now happily living in Kilkenny city.
